The HQ is your community’s level, and it goes up with boosts from members. With 3 boosts, the community reaches HQ 1: more people in voice, more sounds and 1080p for everyone.

1080p hours: viewer-hours a month, for whoever streams in the community (one hour live for 3 people uses 3). Every boost counts: each boost past a step, even before HQ 1 and after HQ 3, adds 10 voice slots and 10 h of 1080p a month.

Who keeps the community going
The wall on the HQ page, with who boosts and for how long.
Nothing disappears
If the HQ drops, whatever goes over the limit is kept behind a lock and comes back when it levels up again.
Split it with the crew
Each boost belongs to whoever gives it. Nobody pays for the HQ alone.
Call the crew
On the HQ and boosts page, "Call the crew" copies a link. Whoever opens it sees how many boosts are left for the next HQ.
Everyone gives one
Each person boosts in the app, at $1.99 a month, on their own card. Anyone can complete the HQ in one go.
The community levels up
With the last boost in, the HQ levels up right away, and everyone in the call sees who gave it.
Boost rules
- Renews every month on your credit card. Cancel anytime: the boost lasts until the end of the month you paid for.
- 7-day lock: a boost stays at least 7 days in the community you gave it to. After that, you can move it to another one.
- The boost is yours: you choose the community and only you can cancel it. You can give more than one, to the same community or others.
- When an HQ drops, the owner and boosters get a heads-up 7 days and 1 day before. Nobody gets pulled from a call: the lower limit applies to whoever joins after.
- Boosting doesn’t give you power in the community: the owner and admins keep moderating.
- 14 days to change your mind: on the first purchase of each boost, you can back out within 14 days and get back everything you paid. To back out, email support@ggspeak.app.

Where to boost
In the app, on your computer: click the HQ line under the community name, or open the Store. Payment opens in your browser, on a Stripe page, and the HQ levels up as soon as it’s done.
FAQ
Does a community need an HQ?
No. With no boosts, the community is free, with everything the free plan gives: voice, chat, moderation, 10 sounds and 720p streaming.
Who can boost?
Any member. The boost is tied to your account: you choose the community and only you can cancel it.
How many boosts can I give?
From 1 to 10 at once, to the same community or different ones. "Complete HQ" gives all the missing ones in one go.
Is it cheaper with GG+?
Yes. GG+ comes with 1 boost and 30% off the rest: $1.39 each.
What if I get banned from the community?
Your boost keeps counting for it until the end of the month you paid for, then comes back to you, to give to another community or cancel. If the community is deleted, the boost comes back right away.
What happens if the HQ drops?
Nothing gets deleted. Sounds, roles and anything over the limit are kept behind a lock and come back when the HQ levels up. Nobody gets pulled from a call.
